I love chocolate and coffee — two wonderful treats that just belong together. Once we started using Cat & Cloud for our espresso service, we found out they also make instant coffee. That’s when we knew: it was time to make this bar. A bold, chocolatey tribute to our favorite pairing, and our favorite roasters.
