These farmers are part of the Ucayali River Cacao cooperative, which focuses on sustainable farming practices and improving the quality of life for local communities. With the assistance of Cacao Services, the cooperative’s meticulous attention to detail in fermentation and drying processes results in beans with exceptional flavor and consistency.
