Our Journey

Our chocolate journey began almost by accident at Staff of Life, where Chocolate Maker, Kumar Agarwal’s, curiosity about cacao butter and paste wafers sparked a new passion. Despite early setbacks, including a clumpy first batch, Kumar’s resolve only grew stronger.

Mastering the Craft

Kumar’s breakthrough came after diving into “Making Chocolate: From Bean to Bar to S’More” by Dandelion Chocolate experts. Using single-origin cacao beans from the Andean region and ethically sourced ingredients, he refined his technique, creating the smooth, sophisticated flavors of Choco Del Mar.
