As a kid, I loved piling bhujia on buttered toast — a crunchy, salty, spicy treat. Think of them like potato chips in stringy form. For this bar, I’m sprinkling those same crispy bites onto our buttery Brioche Bar chocolate. Chocolate bars already kind of look like toast… so why not?
