This bar isn’t much of an experiment — it’s a tribute. While building Choco Del Mar, I leaned on the breadcrumbs left by small makers who felt like giants: Dandelion’s book taught me how to make chocolate; Mānoa’s Craft Chocolate TV, vibrant packaging, and Hawaiian cacao inspired what chocolate could be. Kailua Pajaro connects those roots — macadamia nuts over Costa Esmeraldas dark chocolate, bridging Kailua’s shores, Pajaro Dunes and Costa Esmeraldas.
