Other than tossing a few in pesto or sneaking a snack, I haven’t had much of a chance to really play with pine nuts. Let’s change that. This week, they’re getting scattered over the creamy, nutty richness of the Costa Esmeraldas bar. Call it a coastal mashup, from the Ecuadorian forest to the Santa Cruz pines.
